Ute was an international brand builder and consumer strategy expert at P&G throughout her 23 year career. During her years at P&G she worked primarily in feminine care products, oral care and corporate marketing. She led a multi-functional team in the development of “best practices” and “assessment tools” for application of “consumer is boss” across P&G. She was also instrumental in the turnaround of the Feminine Protection Business in Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa by developing a 7 year business vision anchored in a consumer centric expansion of the product and the brand portfolio. In total she generated $800 Million in additional annual turnover for P&G. Ute’s unique expertise is in enabling clients to understand and implement a true "consumer is boss" strategy, which improves their financial results while improving the lives of their consumers.
