He achieved his highly developed leadership and strategic skills through 34 years of sales management, organizational redesign/execution and general management with Procter & Gamble. During his career, he produced a consistent record of volume, share, and profit results while creating breakthrough change necessary for competitive advantage. His accomplishments included assessing current systems, creating a strategic vision, defining the required needs, and planning/executing organizational changes. He was a key player in the complete redesign of U.S. sales organization from seven geographic, category-specific units to a corporate, customer based, multi-functional approach. Wayne participated extensively in the corporate redesign of Procter & Gamble. Additionally, he designed, implemented, and managed in Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa an extensive variety of sales structures and approaches from state-of-the-art customer teams to distributor organizations in white space geographies.
